Nicely done. Though i'd have a few suggestions about it, first, I'd extend the dress further down so its longer, or have feet showing - those help. Also just as a tip when using photoshop to color, i'd recommend a gradual progression to shade by using layers or multiply - like the shading along her right side seems to just disapear 2/3 the way down her side.
Or maybe this is the right coloring/shading style since it's done in anime-like- i dunno.
Have differences in line width and such to show variations in closeness.
A good start - keep the work up and always thing about consistant lighting and how it affects everything on the body seeing as that always makes a picture look better.
